All items offered through our store are made to order. This ensures the highest level of craftsmanship and allows us to create each piece specifically for you.
Because of this custom production process, orders require 4–6 weeks of processing time before shipping.
Please note that this production timeframe may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to material availability.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped via the carrier you selected at checkout.
Shipping time is in addition to the 4–6 week production period.

Estimated transit times:

• Domestic Shipping (if applicable): 3–10 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to offer worldwide international shipping.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. These fees vary by country and are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Delays caused by customs inspections are outside of our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
